All orders are charged for shipping. Free Shipping for orders over $150 or more is temporary option and could end at anytime. Shipping 3-5 days for delivery depending on availability. Custom color request is additional 3 days to the standard shipping. Orders are shipping via USPS, UPS or FedEx tracking and protection

Unopened returns allowed only for exchange or store credit.

No refunds on hair or wigs, exchanges only in original packaging with label attached. Buyer is responsible shipping and handling on return. Exchanges or store credit only. Wholesale buyers can purchase a sample but must coordinate with store via email jvictorianagency@gmail.com
